This website is for EDRS, providing commercial energy and electrical services. For privacy enquiries or requests about your information, contact info@edrs.uk.

Information you provide

The enquiry journey asks for your name, business, work email, site postcode, sector, energy spend range and project priorities. A phone number and additional message are optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential documents in the form.

How enquiries are sent

When the site offers “Create enquiry email”, your details are used in your browser to prepare an email. Nothing is submitted to EDRS until you send that email using your email provider. The copy button uses your device clipboard only when you click it.

When online enquiries are enabled and the button reads “Send my enquiry”, the information is submitted through Cloudflare and sent to our enquiry inbox using Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to check for automated abuse; it may process device, browser and network information for that purpose. We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up to marketing.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements and discuss a possible service or project. Depending on the enquiry, this supports steps requested before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping appropriate business records.

Access and retention

Information is used by the people handling your enquiry and the service providers needed to host the site or deliver email. We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, manage any resulting work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about the records held for your enquiry.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and website services

This version includes no advertising pixels or audience analytics. Fonts are served directly by the website. The hosting and security services may use essential technical information to deliver and protect the site. Online enquiry verification is loaded only when that service is enabled. The form does not save your details in browser storage; leaving or refreshing the page can lose your entries.

If the website’s services or data handling change, this notice should be updated to reflect them.
